Daddy's Home!

Everyday, when my daddy gets home, he gets down in the floor and plays with me. It's the best part of my day! On this day, to make him extra happy, I asked my mommy to put my camouflage bloomers on me - the ones that my daddy got me before I was born. He loved them...but I think seeing them gave him the idea that I might want to go hunting with him when I get older...uh oh!

Pictures, Pictures, Pictures...

My momma's friend Jessica, of 503 Photography, took all these pictures of me when I was 9 weeks old. She lives in Cincinnatti, but my momma told me that from now on, whenever Mrs. Jessica comes into town, she's going to be sticking that camera of her's in my face. And after looking at these pictures...my mom is VERY excited about that!

Bath Time = Fun Time

I did not like to take a bath when I was fresh out of the womb...but could not be happier about it now. I get the undivided attention of both of my parents - what could be better?

I'm pretty modest...

Do you think this picture makes me look fat??

That bath tuckered me out! I took a little nap on Daddy afterward.

They always sneak in kisses when I'm asleep.

Off to Nana & Papaw Bill's House...

Last weekend, I went to Papaw Bill's and Nana's house. The special treat was that Honey and Dandad went too! We had such a great time. The last time I was with all my granparents at the same time, I was fresh out of the womb. I got in some great quality time with everybody!

I took a nap on Nana - a special treat for her because I never fall asleep on anyone!

"Tummy Time"...not so much...

My mom likes to read lots of different baby books so that she can stay up to speed about my developmental milestones. Her mom and sisters (and everyone else that she talks to about my "milestones") tells her that she reads too much and should stop. (Sometimes it makes her crazy.) Her excuse is that she just wants to make sure she has all the info so she can decide for herself what's right for me. Mostly, she just ends up getting frustrated because I'm not a "by-the-book" kind of baby. Anywho, since week 3 or 4 she's been reading that I need to have tummy time everyday. She tried it once or twice early on, but gave up. It's been a lingering thought, that she can't get rid of, that she should try again but has been neglecting to do it because - well, I'll be honest - I don't like it...and I've let her know loud and clear. I don't like squishing my face into a blanket. It's uncomfortable and embarassing. She gave it another shot today, and well, see for yourself...

Bow Baby

Tonight I went to Honey and Dandad's house - so my parents could go on a date - and I wore my first bow (not with the outfit seen below - I've got better taste than that). I got the bow from my friend Kailey - she loves bows too.
